Can I cancel or reschedule?

Plans change. Nerves happen. That’s okay.

We offer a full refund, or the option to reschedule, any time up to 24 hours before your Kin.

After that, things are set. We’ve matched your table, confirmed your seat, and briefed the café. A late cancellation leaves an empty chair and affects the experience for everyone else who showed up to meet you.

We gently but strongly encourage you to cancel or postpone early if needed.

Otherwise, we’ll see you there- and we’ll be glad you came. Your presence matters.
